Mark M. Lyman is a partner of the firm. He concentrates his corporate practice in representing closely held companies, individual entrepreneurs, automobile dealerships, and real estate developers in matters related to corporate formation and governance, asset acquisition and sale transactions, stock transactions, contract negotiation and preparation, and day-to-day corporate matters. Mark's business litigation practice involves representing the firm's corporate clients in breach of contract claims; breach of fiduciary duty and restrictive covenant matters; member, partner and shareholder disputes; consumer fraud claims; construction disputes; and other commercial matters.
